uApp Explorer has been shutdown because it is no longer necessary with the OpenStore and Snapcraft Store around. uApp Explorer was built back when the Ubuntu Touch and Snap stores did not have searchable websites. Both of them have since changed and evolved over the years and they now have good online stores. Because of that uApp Explorer has been shutdown.
